3.1 Age Requirement

3.4 Personal Use Only

You may register only one Account with wee77, which must be in your own legal name. Accounts registered for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or using false identities are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

4.1 Registration Process

To access most features of the wee77 platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable through official documentation.

During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wee77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must provide valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months), and a verification selfie holding your identification document.

Your Account may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment methods. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You must immediately notify wee77 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account.

wee77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any unsolicited communication. Any such requests should be reported to our security team immediately.

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with wee77. Creating multiple Accounts, whether to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected, all related Accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and any associated winnings forfeited.

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of all involved Accounts.

5.1 Deposits

Deposit processing times vary by payment method but typically occur within seconds for bank transfers and e-wallets. wee77 does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and User status.

You confirm that all Funds deposited into your wee77 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity. wee77 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation if suspicious activity is detected.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through the cashier section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, as required by anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged after verification.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional documentation and enhanced verification procedures. Processing times for withdrawals typically range from 1 to 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

We do not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions, though your financial institution may impose receiving fees.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

wee77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international regulatory standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. Suspicious patterns such as deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests without gaming activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

wee77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual Users from promotions if abuse or violation of terms is suspected. In cases of disputes regarding bonus terms, wee77's decision is final.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant sports governing body and wee77's sportsbook rules. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules, which may include voiding bets or settling based on elapsed play.

wee77 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stakes at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage betting, manipulation, or exploitation of system errors. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted.

7.2 Casino Games and RNG Fairness

10.1 Suspension by wee77

wee77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users. Suspension may also occur during investigations into suspected Terms violations.

If your Account is suspended or terminated for cause, any bonuses will be forfeited, and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be confiscated. Deposits not connected to violations may be returned after deducting any chargebacks, fees, or damages owed to wee77.

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may request temporary self-exclusion or permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will be prevented from accessing your Account, making deposits, or receiving promotional communications.

If you request account closure, any remaining balance after wagering requirement fulfillment will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. wee77 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 (or equivalent) on inactive accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. To avoid fees, simply log in to your Account or contact customer support to close your Account and withdraw your balance.

11.1 Internal Resolution

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting wee77 customer support through live chat, email, or our designated support channels. Our team will investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 48-72 hours for standard inquiries and up to 14 days for complex disputes.

11.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit your complaint to our appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, whose details are available upon request. ADR decisions are binding on wee77 (up to specified limits) but not binding on you, preserving your right to pursue legal remedies.

11.3 Arbitration and Legal Action

Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels or ADR shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.
